Review about...a Disorder

I have not updated my blog due to the fact that assignments and exams are killing me like crazy. So, forgive me for not updating for so long.

Anyway, I am going to review a disorder that I made just a while back. It is called "Sudden Abnormal Reactive Disorder".

This disorder is made while I was studying for my Abnormal Psychology exam a week ago. Studying that subject does turns me to an abnormal guy. Since I am kind of bored, this name came up immediately while talking to a dear classmate in MSN Messenger, teaching her about Abnormal Psychology.

Sudden Abnormal Reactive Syndrome (SARS) is a psychological disorder that affects mostly students. The problem with this syndrome is that it will cause abnormal reactions in a person. This refers to certain reaction that certain people (Yes, this includes classmates) made that is not found in his/her own nature prior to the examination.

In this disorder, there is the mild and severe version of SARS. The mild version is when the person can somewhat handle the subject, but this person will face minor confusion and some of the symptoms presented below.

But, the severe version of SARS will cause problems to the patient and the people around them. This is when the person could not handle the subject at all and it is almost close to getting any abnormal disorder. There is also a higher possibility for this severe patient to have abnormal reaction and temporary madness. Whichever type of abnormal disorder that the severe patient may have, will depend on their personal characteristics and their level of confusion. The following are the symptoms and treatment for this disorder:-

Symptoms
Constant blur spells
Constantly scratching hair
Cursing under your breath (You know what I mean! =D)
Inability to understand subject that you are studying
Lack of sleep (May lead to insomnia)
Sudden frustration
Sudden hunger
Easily distracted

Treatments
Patients with this disorder will be fully recovered once the exam is over. Although the prognosis of this treatment is effective and immediate (since they are fully recovered after exam), but for full recovery to occur, the patient needs to avoid any contact with exams or studies for at least 2-3 weeks.

Another intervention for this disorder is asking someone who is familiar with the subject which is the source of the disorder (Example: Person A has a problem with Research Methods and has SARS. Person A immediately asked Person B who understands this subject as well.) This one is effective if patients have SARS prior to the exam.
